We were previously on an ad hoc arrangement with another IT supplier and we were not satisfied with the level of service we were receiving and felt like we didn’t really matter.
We decidedd to switch over to QCNS, to sign up for a Diamond MSP (Managed Service Package) and have found that we receive extremely quick responses to our calls and emails. We also get the benefit of an onsite monthly visit which is valuable to us as we schedule non-urgent issues to be rectified during this time.
Chris and his team take a “get to the source” approach and look to fix problems properly. There is a no band aid approach from these guys.
QCNS also work exceptionally well with our other suppliers / stakeholders and help manage major projects very well. Their communication and follow up is first rate.
