Managed services

Not every business will need managed IT services. But, over the years, we have found that most businesses with more than three staff will benefit from some level of ongoing service.

We also understand that many businesses – especially clubs – have their busiest periods after hours or on the weekends. Being on a managed IT service has the advantage of allowing staff or a duty manager to phone us for weekend assistance (depending on level of cover) without running the risk of racking up monstrous bills for weekend, public holiday or after hours call outs.

MSSP (Security)

MSHDP (Help Desk)

MSFOP (Full Onsite)

Don’t want to lift a finger for IT and need a responsive helpdesk that’s available all the time, including emergencies after hours?
