Queensland Club Network Specialists (QCNS for short because, let’s face it, our name is a mouthful) was born because far too many businesses are putting up with subpar IT systems and losing big bucks when things go belly up smack bang in the middle of peak service periods. And, quite frankly, there is no need. Sure, things will go wrong on the odd occasion. But there’s so much you can do to prepare for the worst—or prevent it from transpiring in the first place. That’s where we come in.

Back in the old days, before we were making waves in the IT industry, we worked in hospitality. Which means we’ve got a big old soft spot in our hearts for clubs and pubs and a heck of a lot of operational knowledge to boot. And that’s what makes us so damn good at delivering reliable, comprehensive and forward-thinking solutions to the hospo industry in particular.

A note from our head honcho

The team here have spent some time figuring out why we studied and gravitated towards IT in the first place. What we discovered were two main contributing factors: we love technology and we enjoy helping people.

IT for some people can be a mysterious box of black magic. It can bring great joy along with huge amounts of frustration. Technology can also be used to automate repetitive tasks and save time. However, setting it up can seem like a daunting task.

Our role is to make this simple for you and in doing so we can liberate your expertise. Our team takes great pride in working with our clients through our managed IT packages to help make technological solutions and IT infrastructure usable and uncomplicated – hence our purpose of demystifying technology. It gives us an enormous sense of accomplishment and wellbeing.
